This policy explains what information Glimzy ("we", "us") collects when you use the Glimzy app and website (glimzy.space), how we use it and the choices you have. By using Glimzy you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

Account details: mobile number or email address, name, username, profile photo, bio, date of birth or age confirmation, and the login method you choose.
Content you create: live streams, audio party speech, videos, reels, photos, comments, chat messages, gifts, family names and pictures, and audition videos if you apply as a host.
Camera and microphone: used only when you go live, join a seat, record a video or use filters. Filters are applied on your phone.
Usage and device data: app version, device model, operating system, language, crash logs, IP address, and actions in the app such as rooms joined and gifts sent.
Transactions: gifts, diamonds, coins, store purchases and conversions. We do not store your full card or bank details; payments are handled by our payment partners.

2. How we use information

To create your account, log you in and keep it secure (for example sending one time codes).
To run live rooms, parties, games, chat, gifts, the store and your wallet.
To show you content and people you may like.
To keep the community safe: detect spam, fraud and abuse, review reports and enforce our rules.
To fix problems, measure performance and improve Glimzy.
To send service messages and, where you allow it, notifications.
To follow the law and respond to valid legal requests.

3. What other people can see

Your profile name, photo, bio, videos, family, level and live activity can be seen by other users. Live streams and audio parties are public to the people in the room. Do not share anything in a room that you want to keep private.

4. Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

Service providers that help us run Glimzy, such as cloud hosting, SMS delivery for one time codes, push notifications, face filter technology and payment processing. They may use the data only to provide their service to us.
Authorities, when required by law or to protect the safety of users.
A buyer or successor, if Glimzy is part of a merger or sale, with the same protections for your data.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your information while your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove or anonymise your personal information, except what we must keep for legal, security or accounting reasons, for example transaction records and safety reports.

6. Your choices and rights

You can view and edit your profile in the app.
You can turn off camera, microphone, notifications and photo access in your phone settings.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to support@glimzy.space.

7. Delete your account

You can request deletion of your account and data at any time. Send an email to support@glimzy.space from your registered email, or from the mobile number on your account, with the subject "Delete my Glimzy account". We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days. Unused diamonds and coins are lost when the account is deleted.

8. Children

Glimzy is meant for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger. If you believe a child is using Glimzy, tell us at support@glimzy.space and we will remove the account.

9. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and monitoring to protect your information. No online service is completely secure, so please keep your login details to yourself.

10. Where data is stored

Your information is stored on secure servers. If it is moved to another country, we take steps to protect it as this policy describes.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we make important changes we will update the date above and tell you in the app.
